Cozy spacious family friendly basement suite with everything you'll need. Separate entrance, large kitchen, laundry, parking and private yard. The entire suite is yours to use but please note OUR FAMILY LIVES UPSTAIRS. We are quiet but not silent if that is what you are looking for. We are close to many amenities, shopping, restaurants and parks, including skating/hockey arenas and NextStar Energy battery factory. Very comfortable king size bed and a pull out sofa couch in the entrance room.

This property is conveniently placed on a gorgeous usually quiet, private lake-front lot on the shores of Lake St. Clair with a break wall. No docking and not suitable for swimming. Enjoy public pathways, boat launch, docking, parks, beaches and kayak/ paddle board rentals, stores and many entertainment near by for all ages. Usually greeted upon check in/ Self check-in with coded key pad lock. Recent updates: Wifi has been updated, and we now have a larger parking area for our guests.

This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

Close to WFCU, Caesars Windsor and all major arteries. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
