This beautiful studio room is detached from the main house. It has a private entrance which is lit at night with sensor lights. It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Beach House 3 is absolute beach front, ground floor apartment, NO stairs, own lawn area. Great Location to watch the sunset. Outdoor entertaining, with own B'B'Q facilities. Undercover parking at rear of complex. Front & Back entrances to property. Close to shops, cafes, bakery's and restaurants. Convenient to airport & outlet shopping. West Beach is an easy stroll to Glenelg to the South & Henley Beach in the other direction. Easy access to beach for any fitness levels and or disabilities.

The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. There is a full set of kitchen appliances. 51SQ Eco Home (51 square metres) is close to all city attractions including the Central Market, Adelaide Oval and tram. 51SQ is also a great place for work or leisure.
