Visit historic Milton, go for a bushwalk on the farm (through rainforest or to the top of the old Potato Patch) or just relax on the verandah. It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

(it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.
