We have a single room available for rent Monday-Friday. We welcome all our guests on arrival.Complimentary tea/coffee in bedroom and breakfast cereal available in the mornings. Single room near train station and M1I live close to both train and bus stops. The train runs twice an hour and is 6 mins to Meadowhall 12 to Sheffield. The bus runs every 10 mins and takes about 30 mins. I am 10 mins from Motorway. The room is a guestroom. I am retired. Access to my property is down the side of number 4.
