Cozy and charming city flat at pedestrian street

A 50 m2 very cozy and nice flat right in the city of Roskilde with a view to the pedestrian street, restaurants, cafes, the Unesco building Roskilde Cathedral and close to the harbour. The flat consists of a small well equipped kitchen with stove, oven and microwawe, a bath room and a washing machine and a small bedroom with a bed for one person and a big wardrobe. In the living room there is a comfortable sofabed suitable for two persons, television and a table. The flat is recently renovated.

The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

Welcome to my comfy one-bedroom non-smoking apartment in the center of Roskilde. My apt. has a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm ( 55" x 79") bed and closet space for your clothes, a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, living room with a 140 x 200 cm sleeper sofa, desk, dining table, TV and wifi. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, all basic toiletries and towels. The apt. is light and airy with high ceilings. Not suitable for small children

En meget centralbeliggende lejlighed i Roskilde. Perfekt hvis du vil være tæt på Vikingeskibsmuseet, gågaden og med udsigt til Katedralen. Tæt på shopping og byens liv. Tæt på naturen med to af byens større parker på hver side og tæt på havnen, der kan lede til en dejlig tur langs fjorden ud til Sankt Hans-området. Lejligheden beboes af privatperson det meste af året, så køkkenet indeholder alt til at kunne lave mad selv.

There are 6 beds and 2 beedrooms. All new. Small kitchen where you can sit, lounge, tv with few channels. Free wifi. Small balcony where you get up to the apartment 3-4 seating. Bathroom with shower. Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 130 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 650 dkr (you do dish youself)

Sitting area with a wood burning stove. Direct access from kitchen to sunny terrace with view to Roskilde inlet. The apartment is 1st floor.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
