Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Unsere Casa Rossa bietet mit dem Grottino eine Einliegerwohnung an. Es ist ein Studio und hat keine abgetrennten Räume, siehe Fotos. Für unsere Gäste ist es Raum für Rückzug, Erholung, Komfort, eigene Küche, sonnige Wohnlage mit Gartensitzplatz, sehr zentrale Lage, Nähe zu ÖV (5 Min.), Nähe zum See, geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Kinderbett vorhanden). Rustico Caverda

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist.
