Die Fussgängerzone von Trier und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar und liegen in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Universität ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle zur Uni liegt ca. 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Perfekt für Städtereisende, Luxemburgpendler ,Langzeitgäste sowie Dienstreisende und Urlauber.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Zur Innenstadt sind es 4 km, es besteht eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Das Apartement befindet sich im 2 OG und hat einen eigenen abschließbaren Eingang. Ein privater PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Das kleineTageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.
