It is an apartment. The shower is located directly outside of the room and is enclosed. There is a path to the beach at the end of my street. This room is great for couples or friends. It’s a great place to kick back and chill. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, sound, and bike/walking path on the hwy.

Summer is winding down, ocean temperatures are mild, and the best season on the Outer Banks is fast approaching. Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by us, the Surf Bug has handcrafted details and everything you might need to feel at home while away from home. The beach is just a three minute walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is made in Portugal.

We hope you will find Sea La Ve to be as charming and cozy as we do. This brand new tiny house (Mini Mahalo) completed in 2023 has amazing ocean views from the semi-oceanfront lot. Just steps to the beach with a great outdoor shower and hot tub. The bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and great ocean views. The kitchenette has a microwave, breville countertop oven, dishwasher, blender, small drip coffee maker and a kitchen sink. There is an outdoor propane grill underneath the house.
