Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Hidden from any streets & very quiet, less than 2 miles from Historic 25th street (restaurants/bars) & 30 minutes from past Olympic ski resort Snowbasin. 10 min walk to trailheads on the Bonneville shoreline trail for mountain biking/hiking/trail running. 25 min to Pineview reservoir paddleboarding/fishing/boating. This open design is private & cozy for up to 2people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen).

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance, spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, private, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.
