Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

Von hier aus sind es nur fünf Gehminuten bis zur Messe Basel, zum Musical Theater, oder zum Badischen Bahnhof. Die Buslinie 30 in die Innenstadt hält gleich um die Ecke.
