Originally built in 1930, we have recently remodeled the space. The Cottage is a close walk from downtown, CWU and the rodeo grounds. We offer a full kitchen, double-headed shower and wonderful outdoor spaces complete with BBQ and outdoor lighting. The Cottage offers an abundance of natural light and custom touches to enjoy.

A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. You’ll love the solitude of our quiet, rural location and the cozy cabin spaces that are well suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We live on the property but respect your privacy.

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.
