Private entrance, clean, comfortable and welcoming space, private driveway. Owners on site but are quiet and respectful, connected but entirely separate dwelling. Homemade treats, fresh eggs and coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, tea and a fully stocked kitchen! Smart TV, excellent Wifi. Minutes to OSU/Downtown/Hospital. Comfortable, well lit upstairs living area over our home. Currently we have 2 bedrooms available, plus a full bath with corner shower, sitting area, dining table, microwave, full size fridge. Windows look out onto a quiet neighborhood, backyard and gardens. Located near the heart of Newberg's rich downtown district, close to parks, coffee shops, beer and wine tasting, farm to table restaurants, antique stores, movie theater, grocery store and Cultural Center. Garden-fresh breakfast included.

Studio apartment designed with the essentials for relaxing. Get cozy by the gas fireplace with a book from our little library, work on your laptop in the desk nook or make an outdoor fire + star-gaze on the patio. Enjoy the mid-century furnishings, the nice sheets + towels and be sure to write a letter - letterpress cards + stamps are for your use. Quiet neighborhood with good coffee (Bison!), steps from breakfast (Beeswing), and near Beaumont Village (Pip's Donuts!). Only 10 mins to airport!

The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

Scenic cabin with a creek view

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
