The Barn is a private space tucked away on 100 acres of rolling hills, rainforest, and macadamia orchards well away from the main house, with stunning views of the foothills of the Nightcap Range. A perfect spot to unwind, with peaceful walks to a secluded swimming hole and waterfall. You’ll share the land with wallabies, echidnas, donkeys, goats, a cow, 3 calves and our friendly green frog, Frankie. A short drive to Clunes, Federal, and Bangalow, it’s a quiet escape to rest and recharge.

Firefly at Big Bluff Farm

We have named our newest cabin Firefly after nature's luminous wonders which flit through the forest in spring. Firefly feels like a million miles away from daily existence, perched on a hill overlooking rolling farmland and forested gullies. Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.
