The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Das charmante Apartment verfügt über 4 Zimmer, die Küche mit Gasherd ist voll augestattet. Das Doppelbett und die drei Einzelbetten, aufgeteilt auf drei Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für 5 Personen. Hervorragender Standort für Weekends, Messebesuche oder eine Weiterbildung. Auch längere Arbeits- und Studienaufenthalt sind möglich.

Bungalow mit Traumaussicht LOMA BUENA VISTA

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

An zentraler Lage in St. Gallen bieten wir eine hochwertig möbliertes 2.5-Zimmer-Apartment. Das Apartment ist in einem modern saniertem und grosszügigen Mehrfamilienhaus in St.Gallen. Grosszügige Fenster garantieren einen lichtdurchfluteten Raum mit angenehmer Wohnatmosphäre. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über einen Balkon, eine Badewanne, moderne Küche und einem praktischen Grundriss.

St. Gallen zentral und gemütlich

Diese hübsche 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt an zentraler Lage im Parterre mit separatem Eingang, kleinem Sitzplatz und eigener Küche. Sie wird sonst als Praxisraum benutzt. Das Badezimmer erreichst du in 1 ½ Meter Distanz über den Flur. Es ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Auf Italienisch kann ich mich irgendwie verständigen.

It creates the atmosphere of a loft based on the tiny house movement. Please keep always in mind to use the different levels and the connecting ladders always with care and at your own risk.
