Per the Effingham Water Authority short-term rental ordinance, maximum occupancy is 2 adults (aged 21 and older) per bedroom, with a maximum of 8 adults. This is a 5-bedroom home, so additional guests above 8 adults must be children under the age of 21.

You can bring your kayaks, paddle boards or trailer your family boat along for some fun tubing and skiing on the lake. The dock allows for the boat to be left in the water till the end of your stay. The Marina, Pinky’s (waterfront restaurant), Rusty Reel (bar below Pinky’s ), Cardinal Golf Course, Lake Sara Campground and Lake Sara Beach are all a short walk from the cabin!

We do allow 1 night stays if we have openings, please ask. We do allow a pet for a fee. Wild life everywhere around you, but close enough to walk to a restaurant.
