Cozy, Private room near downtown

My home is in a small quiet neighborhood just five minutes away from downtown and five minutes off the interstate. I am also 15 minutes from the horse park, airport and Keeneland. I will provide a bed, clean sheets, clean towels, bath soap, shampoo and some coffee to get you started for the day! You can use the kitchen, living room and laundry rooms as well. You may park in the driveway or on the street. Pets are welcome! I have a lab named Reesee who is in charge of greeting guests.
