We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Very good home feeling. 936 Sq feet of living space. Keypad for entry 24 hours. Full kitchen, laundry room, very quiet place. Everything you need. You don't have to pack anything iron provided, shampoo soap hair dryer etc. Security cameras on site. Near Merry Family Winery, Bob Evans Farm, Hardee's Love truck stop, Rio Grande college. Quaint in the hills of Southern Ohio. This studio apartment is a one bed room with a lovely view overlooking the outdoor horse riding arena. It offers a kitchenette and sitting area downstairs. Upstairs has a queen size bed over looking the riding arena. A country setting at it's best. Pet friendly. Trailer Parking available. Some weekends we host equine events. Horses and exhibitors will be around the facility. There is a horse arena in front and at times you can watch !

We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that there is another cabin 67 ft apart. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bath. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise.
