Het is bij het pittoreske dorpje Svartå . We zitten vlakbij natuurpark Tiveden. En direct aan wandel , fiets en kano routes.Berglagsleden route is een bekende wandelroute van 280 km pal langs t huis. We kijken uit op een meer waar je heerlijk kunt vissen geen visvergunning nodig. Zwemmen varen, kanoën en suppen. Op loopafstand een café restaurant, supermarkt en banketbakkerij. A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Det finns möjlighet att låna barnsäng. 1 mil från Karlskogas centrum där det finns restauranger och affärer. Närmaste mataffär 4 km I vardagsrummet/köket kan du njuta av utsikten men även njuta framför braskaminen

Vill du bo i skogskanten, vakna till tuppens galande och ha nära till stan! Bra när barnen har en cup på arenan, jobbresa där det är skönt med en skogspromenad efter jobbet, på väg till och från fjällen så ligger stugan 5 min bilväg från E18 eller för er som fiskar i Vänern och har en båtkärra så har vi gott om plats. Fullt utrustat kök. Badrum med dusch/toalett. Sängkläder, lakan och handdukar ingår. Städning görs av hyresgäster. OBS! avvakta vägbeskrivning och följ den, kartan stämmer inte!

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!
