The 3 br Hoosier Haven features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. Great two bedroom condo 7 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from IU campus. Located in a quiet and safe residential area. Easy access from I-69. Will accommodate 5 persons. For longer stay, there is an occupancy limit. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Beautiful wooded area behind the condo. Woolery Mill, RCA park and hiking just a few minutes away from the condo. Also nearby is Switchyard Park, with free EV charging for four hours. We might NOT be able to answer questions AFTER 11PM EDT.
