Pets - we love pets and all animals but unfortunately can not host pets in the apartment. The building, however, does accept pets, so you may meet puppies in the elevator or the halls. 6. This residential neighbourhood is steps from Monkland Village, a vibrant area with restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, gourmet grocery, and trendy shops within a five-minute walk. It is a 10-minute Metro ride to downtown or Old Montreal. We are 3 minutes' walk from the Villa Maria subway stop, which connects with downtown within 5 stops. Excellent 89/100 Walk Score with a "very walkable" mention. By car, we are just next to Decarie Blvd (autoroute 15) and a 15 min drive from the airport. The downtown Central business district is just 10 minutes away. Surrounded by mature trees, the view from the apartment is of the Bell Tower of the Church on Notre-Dame-de-Grace street, and below, the tennis courts. You'll love the location.
