It is very centrally located, with easy access to trails, and within a short easy drive to downtown Portland. It is also strategically located with easy access to the Willamette Valley (1hr), or to the Gorge for hiking (1hr). It is halfway between the Oregon coast and Mount Hood (about 1.5hr each way). In other words, it is perfectly located to explore Portland and Northern Oregon!

Safeway, Handel's Ice Cream, Chipotle, Market of Choice, local restaurant and tap rooms are all nearby. The studio is a quick drive to Nike, St. Vincent's Hospital . There's a private entrance and side yard with outdoor seating.
