The apartment is located in a seaside residential area of Chalkida close to the city's lighthouse and Papathanasiou beach. City's centrum is easily approached with an approximately 17 minute walk. The area offers restaurants, cafeterias and bakeries beside the sea. The apartment is within 10 min walk to supermarkets. It is located on the 6th floor of the apartment building. It has two balconies with outdoor equipment where one may sit and relax by enjoying sea view in one of them.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary.
