Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. You’ll love Scott Hill Cabin because of the view, ambience, and location. There are brochures in the cabin to see what options our area has for you. The actual address of the cabin is 1166 Orchard Road. We allow pets, but just ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We want to extend a military discount to our past and present service members.

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you

Our log cabin nestled in the “High Country” of North Carolina has been in the family since 1979 when my grandparents, looking for a place to retire, moved here after falling in love with the area. The cabin was originally built in Virginia but was moved to Valle Crucis in the 1950s. Our dream has been to turn it into a peaceful mountain get-away for people looking for a break from the busyness of life to enjoy some time in the valley to rest, relax and explore the area.

The Bitterroot Barn

The Bitterroot Barn is unique small structure with a queen size bed, two twin size beds in the loft. Built by Gary from the show "Mountain Men" on History Channel, it has a Full bath, kitchenette, Roku TV, Wifi, and a Bluetooth Surround Soundbar. There is a gas fire pit, small grill on the porch. If you are looking to experience what a nice tiny home feels like, we highly recommend visiting the Bitterroot Barn. We are less than 7 minutes from downtown Boone.

Blueberry Hill- Unique A-Frame Cabin near Boone!

The A-Frame on Blueberry Hill is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that sits on 5 acres made up of rolling hills, 2 small ponds & of course its namesake; a Blueberry orchard. In addition to the king & queen bedrooms, there is an upstairs loft area with a queen bed adjacent to the bathroom, as well as a recently renovated basement with a set of bunk beds and an additional queen bed. We also have a new hot tub, propane grill and large outdoor deck.
