It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

The Balmain Peninsula is a hidden gem. Pubs, cafes and a great village feel. The Cottage is self contained with an ensuite, kitchenette and comfortable queen size bed. The backyard is a shared space with us in the main house so you'll likely see our family around.

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
