From the second sack onwards, the cost is €20 per sack. This amount is particularly low and covers exclusively the value of the wood. Το ποσό είναι ιδιαίτερα χαμηλό και αφορά αποκλειστικά την αξία των ξύλων.

Το Aeraki, ανεξάρτητη κατοικία στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου, προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στην κοινή πισίνα 54 τ.μ. (μοιράζεται με το Aerides), με ρηχό τμήμα/τζακούζι για χαλάρωση. Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.

We love being able to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst being in easy walking distance of a beautiful sandy bay to swim in. A little way along the coast there is a fantastic beach with great tavernas at either end (2km) and the magical historical town of Methoni with its incredible Venetian fort (7km).
