Walls of windows blur the lines between inside and out, connecting you with nature in every room. The house is very open, with rooms winding around the central stone fireplace with varying levels. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals, but downtown Portsmouth restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Outside are patios for relaxing and woods for walking.

Wake up to deer in the yard and enjoy a cup of coffee or a relaxing dinner on your beautiful deck with screened in sunroom. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

Queen size bed with full size bed in loft overhead. Microwave & small refrigerator. Dining table with 3 benches. Comfortable sitting chair with footstool. Fishing included in our 12-acre lake. Walking path runs the length of the campground. Bring bed linens (sleeping bag or blanket/sheet) & pillow, bath linens (towels/washcloths).

There are several festivals including Old Fashion Days, the county fair and spectacular 4th of July fireworks. The city also has a great library with a large genealogy section, a city park with a pickleball court and a boat ramp for river access.

There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . There is WI-FI. And a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also.
