The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

Surrounded by gardens, You will be able to enjoy the bird feeders and fire pit by day while sleeping restfully at night with a new foam topped mattress as well as sound-proofed walls and windows. This charming 1940’s bungalow is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Knoxville & GSMNP Across the street from the greenway & a short 10 min drive to downtown, UT & riverfront area. Close to multiple breweries, restaurants & shopping Large deck for grilling & outdoor dining with a private screened-in porch and a tiki hot tub. Located on a private, corner lot 2 bedrooms/1 bath, full kitchen. Our bungalow is not suitable for young children. There is a pet cleaning fee.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.
