The apartment is also convenient for all the attractions of North Wales including Snowdonia and Anglesey and only 20 miles from the Roman city of Chester.

Secluded dog friendly apartment nestled in the Welsh borders Newly renovated, the accommodation forms part of an old watermill with its own access via an external stairs. The site is by the historic medieval market town of Ruthin, with multiple restaurants and bars (not to mention a pub within walking distance). There is secure parking and bike storage. Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.
'The Cottage' is a charming, cosy retreat, perfectly proportioned and is ideal for couples. The large, private gardens are delightful in the summer months while the wood burning stove and exposed beams make it the perfect place to hunker down when it is chilly outside.

A delightful space for two people located in the grounds of our own property in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the North Wales countryside, handy for the hills and mountains, the coast and for Chester and Liverpool. There's an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, bathroom with walk-in shower and an enclosed, private patio area outside. We are just outside the village of Llandegla, a thriving community on the Offa's Dyke Path with a shop, pub and visitor information centre.
