We added this guest house in 2023, it’s a two story with a bedroom, bathroom, 65’ TV on each level, great for sharing with friends. This suite is connected to our residence, which is occupied by just my husband, myself and our Toy Fox Terrier, Levi (occasionally, our adult children and grands are here). Our space is beautifully decorated and the complex has tons of amenities such as pool, foosball, work space, swimming pool, hot tub, pickle-ball court, grilling area for BBQs, workout room, yoga room, arcade area, and much more.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Private Studio Apartment, in South Jordan

Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.

Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.
