A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, microugn, induktionsspis och ugn. 200 meter till havet med klippor och sandstrand. Flera möblerade uteplatser, gräsmatta och grill. Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön Tjörn erbjuder allt från vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring till konst och restauranger.

Underbar stuga med uterum som har havsutsikt

Vi hyr ut vår stuga som är en riktig pärla året om. Läget är perfekt med 5-10 minuters promenad till salta bad och fina utsiktsplatser. Med bilen tar du dig på 20 minuter till Marstrand och 35 minuter till Göteborg och vi rekommenderar att man har bil. Stugan är äldre och enkel men har delvis renoverats under vintern 2025. Den ligger på en vacker naturtomt och har ett uterum med altan som har havsutsikt. Huset passar barnfamiljer, kompisar och par. Max 4 vuxna men fler om det är barn.

Drömläge i Smögen, balkong, p-plats och wi-fi

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.
