During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

Safe neighborhood with a private entrance. 15 min from the airport & downtown SLC. We have young kids, so expect some daytime noise, stomps & play. They settle by 9 PM. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room.
