The villa offers 2 independent apartments (only 1 available for rent), each with separate entrances, private gardens, and terraces. The shared swimming pool is heated with incredible views of the Bay of Kotor.

The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

These completely new apartments were made in july 2017 and have everything guests may need for a perfect vacation.The location is great.Apartments are just 10 min slow walking from the Old Town of Kotor and just 2 min walking from the sea.There is a private parking in front and a private pool for guests.
