Είστε στο κέντρο και στην παραλία του Αγ. Γεωργίου σε 5 min με ποδήλατο, σκούτερ ή αυτοκίνητο. Σε 12 min (με όχημα) είστε στις παραλίες Αγ. Προκοπίου & Αγ. Άννας. Σας προτείνουμε να νοικιάστε όχημα για ευκολότερη πρόσβαση. Το κέντρο με περπάτημα έχει απόσταση 30-35 λεπτά. Υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης.

Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our main aim is the health and safety of our guests. DownTownVilla is a house located at the heart of the old town of Naxos, 10’ walk from ferry, 5’ walk to Aghios Georgios beach. Additionally, convenient stores are all around. A 10’ walk takes you to the bus stop and gives you the opportunity to visit all isolated beaches and the traditional villages of the island. The house is spread over 3 floors with the total of 140sq.m. There are outdoor terraces on 2 different levels with excellent sea view. And also there is a close parking area.

At the center of Naxos island, on the top of Filoti village hill, overlooking the beautiful village, the olive tree valley and the breathtaking sunset over the sea horizon. True eagle's nest, the house offers a panoramic view of the sea and Paros. It has a large terrace with a 32m² swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area with a hard table for 8 people and a large electric plancha. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope). Last house on the top of Avlia hill : highest & nicest view of the hill !

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

PERIVOLI 2-CHORA(5min away from the center by car)

A beautiful apartment in a Cycladic style, inside a garden, just outside the center. The garden is full of trees, flowers, fresh fruits & vegetables. Ideal for nature lovers. You are in the center and beach of Ag. George in 5 min by bike, motorcycle or car. In 12 min (by car) you are on the beaches of Ag. Prokopiou & Ag. Anna. For better travel it is advisable to have a means of transport. The distance from the center is 30-35 minutes by foot. There is a free parking space.
