Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

U heeft de beschikking over 2 kano’s en een heren- en damesfiets. De vele fiets-, wandel- en kanoroutes laten u het Nationaal Park Weerribben-Wieden in alle jaargetijden beleven.

The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

Gelegen direct aan het water is er alle gelegenheid tot het huren van bootjes, kano's, fietsen of een sup. De boerderij ligt aan het Zuiderzeepad en vele fietsknooppunten. Het ruime appartement heeft 2 aparte slaapkamers voor totaal 4 personen. Eventueel is een derde slaapkamer/studio apart bij te boeken, enkel in combinatie met het appartement. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland. Ook kunt u vanaf de woning, de pittoreske dorpjes bekijken zoals Giethoorn, Kalenberg, Ossenzijl. Maar ook het havenstadje Blokzijl heeft veel bezienswaardigheden. Een prachtig houten huis gelegen op het erf van mijn ouders. Kom tot rust in een oase van groen van voorjaar tot begin najaar, een prachtig warm herfstgevoel wanneer de bomen van kleur veranderen of de knusheid opzoeken in de wintermaanden. In de prachtige omgeving zijn veel plekken te bezoeken. Giethoorn, vestingstad Steenwijk en de Havelterheide. Verder zijn er drie nationale parken in de buurt, NP Weerribben Wieden, het Drents Friese Wold en het Dwingelderveld.
