Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Greetings! We are a couple renting out a cozy two-rooms, self-contained apartment just outside Polcenigo. We live in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, and the apartment is on the ground floor of our family house, with its own private entrance. The property is newly renovated, well insulated, and climatically comfortable, with heating and AC powered by solar energy. Nearby, there are two public car parks (one of which is sheltered), a bus stop, and lots of trekking trails waiting for you!

The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Originally Zoldan house was a ruin of 1874. In 2013 it was completely renovated and expanded. It is located in the center of Culture next to the church of San Lorenzo and near Pedemontana street (SP29). The house has 5 residential units that overlook the large courtyard of the property delimited by the original walls where there are also 5 parking spaces, outdoor table with benches and brick barbecue available to all guests of the house.
