Der Piburger See und die Area 47 sind in jeweils 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Entfernung von Innsbruck: 30 Min. auf der Autobahn! Im Sommer gibt es auch einen Grillplatz im Garten, inkl. Gartenhaus und Liegestühle.
