VILLA A MARE (HOUSE 1)

Villa A Mare is located in one of the most beautiful places of Paros, called Lageri, with respect to the Cycladic architecture and Greek tradition, we created Villa Mare, overlooking the blue Aegean and northern peninsula of Paros. Villa A Mare is in an enclosed 8-acre private property by the sea, along a calm, sandy beach. Within the land of palm trees, there is a private-parking area, a basketball court, a sun-bathing space with sunbeds, an external shower (for after beach usage), two traditional water wells and a 15m path leading directly to the sea. The front house is 220 sq.m.; Approaching the house from the front, to its left side is a porch (with a doorway to the kitchen) which features a marble dinner table and chairs, covered by a pergola of bougainvillea flowers and a rustic barbeque place. The back part of the house (viewing the sea) includes a dinning space with a large marble table and lounge space with two large sofas. Entering the ground floor, which is a total of 180 sq.m, you find a spacious room which features the large living room and its fire-place lounge (includes a hi-fi, satellite TV & DVD player), the dinning room with its large rustic dinning table and the kitchen with its electric appliances. Further in, you end up in a specious bedroom with queen-sized beds, satellite TV, air conditiong, a closet and storage spaces. There is a separate storage room next to the bedroom and the ground floor's bathroom, which includes a toilet, a shower and a sink. The 1st floor is 40 sq.m and features a master bedroom (including air conditioning, a closet and storage spaces) with large balconies and a wide breathtaking sea-view. Next to it is the bathroom, which includes a bathtub and a toilet.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .
