The accommodation is suitable for both business travelers and for couples or families with children. The area offers several places to eat and have fun, for example, the upper floor of the Central Market or the famous restaurants Trattoria ZàZà and Trattoria Mario, and a small but well stocked supermarket just down the street where you can buy a little bit of everything.

The apartment is in Florence’s environmental ZTL, closed to the most polluting vehicles (Euro 0–1 petrol and diesel, older motorcycles/mopeds). The gate is about 200 m away.
