This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. 40 foot fully remodeled camper. The camper is parked on the back of our property behind our privacy fence over looking a forest valley. Enjoy the country setting while still having 150 mb wifi. 5 minutes to Knightstown, 45 minutes to Indianapolis and 10 minutes to I70. Camper has a tankless hot water heater, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Living room couch folds down into a bed and room for an air mattress. The middle of the camper has a futon that folds down into a bed.
