Besides all the usual equipment necessary for everyday living, it is a kind of art atelier due to musical instruments, easel and my mother's theater photos and posters around. Nestled in a quite neighborhood, this one bedroom loft with pull out sofa sleeps up to 4 with amazing panoramic view of the Old Town, beaches and many other key historic sites that will leave you breathless. Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony while watching the Old Town wake, merchants prepare for tourists and cruise ships ferry in their guests. Within minutes, by foot, you can explore the old historic Town, some of the best beaches in Europe or devour local pastry.

House is located 2 minutes (250 meters -114 stairs) walking distance from "Pile" - entrance to the Old Town; where the main local public bus station is situated. From nearest road (Zagrebacka Ulica) house is located 160 meters (85 stairs). Public Garage is 500 meters away.
