Antiques in downtown Noblesville about a mile away. The house is 15 min from Ruoff Music Center (aka Deer Creek). It's about 45 min from downtown Indy, 20 min from Westfield Sports. The area is fairly quiet, with some traffic. My place is good for couples, adventurers, travelers, and families with kids.

Lovely historic architecture and small town vibes all walkable from your front door! Grand Park a few minutes away ! Quite and friendly neighborhood. Contemporary decor! laminated flooring throughout entire home. Please read my rules and criteria before requesting a stay ! A maximum of 4 adults please, no more than 6 people total. Because of the amount of time to wash and dry towels , we will leave one bath towel and one wash cloth per person . Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
