We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. Cute 2 bedroom over a 3 car garage in a quiet, tree surrounded 1 acre setting. Groveport is a typical, small town with 2 pizza places and a tavern. Mostly, it is quiet and serene at the end of the street without traffic. ABSOLUTELY NO VAPING OR SMOKING INSIDE. The deck and stairs outside and the whole yard can be used for smoking and there’s a table and chairs out back.ash tray provided.
