My home is very clean and well equipped, our beautifull sea and beach and long sea side to enjoy a sea holidays in the best way ever. *Hair Dryer and Iron *Fridge *Oven The apartment itself is very cozy, big and clean with a cute balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful sea of Baia Verde The apartment in on the 1st floor wo lifts. Completely equipped with every comfort and user friendly. We have 2 big balconies to have a launch and dinner under the pines's shadows Location: Simply ´PERFECT´ for a long or a short-term stay. It takes very short time to get all tourism attractions that my beautiful country can offer, great old town like Gallipoli, Lecce, Maglie, Specchia Santa Maria di Leuca and not so far also Ostuni (the whithe city) Locorotondo. I will give you then also some suggestion on where to enjoy your launch and tast our great typical food Thank you so much for reading all this as I told you whenever you want I will be right there for you! The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Fresca villetta completamente RISTRUTTURATA! Con patio pergolato giardino e con tutti i comfort di una casa moderna, a poche centinaia di metri da un mare caraibico proprio come nelle foto! ATTENZIONE! Causa COVID 19 abbiamo manenuto lo stesso costo di pulizia pur intervenendo "ogni volta" con una disinfezione totale con prodotti a base di cloro o alcool su tutte le superfici lavabili, come da indicazioni dell'OMS e lavando tutta la biancheria con additivi disinfettanti.
