Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato e prestigioso museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti.

House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

Incantevole suite house con veranda a 80 mt dal mare, riservata agli adulti e ai bambini sopra i 5 anni, tranquilla ma non lontana dai luoghi di aggregazione. Immersa nella macchia mediterranea a 12 km da Olbia, davanti alle isole di Tavolara e Molara. In pochi minuti a piedi si accede alla Costa Corallina con magnifiche spiagge attrezzate e libere, servizi bar e ristorante, e poi al paese di Porto San Paolo. A 10 minuti a piedi la spiaggia caraibica di Porto Istana dotata di tutti i servizi.

Facilmente raggiungibile, Porto San Paolo dista 15 km dal porto di Olbia e 12 km dall’aeroporto Costa Smeralda. Il mio alloggio appena ristrutturato è il luogo perfetto per le coppie che vogliono trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare, non rinunciando al comfort. Vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona e a pochi minuti dalla piazza dove fruire del servizio di traghetti per l'isola di Tavolara. Nelle immediate vicinanze supermercati, ristoranti, banca, lavanderia e negozi di vario genere.
