Giacomo dell'Orio with its many grocery shops, traditional restaurants and wine bars. Moreover, it is very convenient to get off the ferry in San Stae (with Alilaguna it you can arrive directly from Venice airport, without any bridge). We are waiting for you!

The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house.
