It is a 1930's Sears Craftsman home located near downtown Greenup, about 1 mile from Rt 70. Relax with the whole family at the farm. A brick home featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and sleeps 7. Our home is fully furnished with a spacious living room and dining room. With a large kitchen with breakfast nook. This cozy home is like staying at grandma’s house on the farm. Cows in the pasture behind the home gives charm to this rural listing. We are 15 minutes to east ramp and 19 minutes to west ramp on Newton lake. Sam Parr state park is only 4 miles away!
