The 270 square foot tiny house has a queen mattress in the loft, a wood stove for heat, cooking facilities including a propane cook top and gravity fed rain water (non-potable). The kitchen & living room are on the first floor. This home is located 2 blocks from downtown historic Corydon, shopping & dinning. The gas is shut off to cook stove and oven for safety. You are welcome to use the wood burning fire pit at the back of yard.

The northern boundary presents a challenging hike to a wide creek bed with geodes and other treasures imbedded.
