There is no-menu. You eat what the chef gives you. Sushi Zo is the most expensive and well-known sushi and Japanese establishment in Los Angeles. It’s in a simple, strip-mall setting, but plan to make a reservation days in advance and prepare for a cancellation charge if you don’t make it. If you watch Seinfeld, then the “Soup Nazi” scene might ring a bell, and you will understand Sushi Zo. You will be delighted with a multicourse sushi-tasting meal with great saki and wine pairings. Literally, among the best sushi you will ever taste outside of the continent of Asia. It is a $$$$ so we save this place for special occasions, but you are getting very high quality high end sushi.
