For $20-30 you get four beers of your choice and keep the glass as a sovereign. Heads up, most of the in-house beers are sours.

Good sour beers and diverse cider options for the gluten free folks. They have a fun “tasting experience,” where the purchase of four beers (draft or canned) gets you a piece of their glassware. I recommend the chalice. Very regal.

You buy a glass and they fill it free. This place uses the loophole some places do to work around a quirk in the law. You leave with the glass if like. The beer is all something called sour mash, it's very good but a little different. You can sample lots of different ones.

Great Sours. One of Austin's only Sour breweries, runs on a punch card system, and you get a cool keepsake glass at the end of it. Not very big, so if you don't like standing on top of people, I'd try to go during an off-time. Located on the Eastside of downtown, so plenty of stuff to do around the area.

My favorite brewery in town delivers on sour beers (I know what you are thinking, but I am a huge fan). Make sure to try their Spirit Animal and any of their seasonal brews.
