A stop in Quebec culture is never a real one if you don't eat a poutine. Tourists or newcomers often go to the big chains that are supposedly specialized in poutine... They are quickly disappointed. DÉLI PLUS is a little classic fastfood place and they served the best poutine. And guess what? They deliver! Perfect for your hangover or junk food cravings.
